Dr. Revan Dawood is the founder and lead dentist of Glisten Dental, with three locations across the Phoenix Valley — Mesa, Gilbert, and Glendale. She personally oversees clinical standards at all three offices: every treatment plan is reviewed, every complex case gets her eyes.
Education and clinical certifications
Dr. Dawood earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) at Midwestern University’s College of Dental Medicine in Glendale, Arizona. She is certified in:
- Invisalign clear aligner therapy
- Dental implant placement and restoration
- Smile design (cosmetic dentistry)
- Minimal and moderate sedation
Background and practice philosophy
Originally from Detroit, Dr. Dawood moved to Arizona in 2008. She founded Glisten Dental to build something the Arizona dental market was missing: a practice where quality care meets honest pricing, and where every patient gets the time and explanation they deserve. No assembly-line cleanings. No surprise bills. No pushing treatments patients don’t need.
That philosophy carries across every chair at every Glisten location. The associate dentists who joined the practice — Dr. Joshua Baer, Dr. Carlos Rogel, and Dr. Parsa Owtad — share the same approach: take the time, explain the options, let the patient decide.
