What your Delta plan usually covers
Most Delta Dental plans in Arizona follow the standard three tiers. Preventive care such as cleanings, exams, and x-rays is often covered at or near 100 percent. Basic work like fillings sits in the middle. Major work such as crowns, bridges, and implants is covered at a lower percentage, with an annual maximum that resets each year.
